A journey of self-discovery and expression through creativity and meditation

What is it in your life?

Creativity is an attitude we hold and bring to a situation, a combination of play, intention and intelligence.
This workshop is a playful exploration of our spontaneous potential and the natural expression which can flow from our being.
In the fullness of the creative process and in the simple quiet of meditation we can identify and enhance our own unique inner vision.

'Your absence is your freedom'

Osho explains that the Law of Creation is understood simply by being creative.
This workshop is an opportunity to experience this Law through your own creative process. There comes a certain effortless moment
during this unfolding when, acting with spontaneous harmony, we connect with the Creative Flow.
We will be using drawing and painting structures synchronised with movements, meditations and silence to bypass preconceptions
and enter on your unique journey towards this space where 'your absence is your freedom'.
We will also be venturing into surrounding nature, tuning again into the energy, the source and all its abundance.

LOGOS

An intuitive exploration of circles as universal symbol and their energy

Symbols are a kind of virtual reality.
Sometimes pragmatic often poetic and even mystical, these tools become archetypes in our psyche
and keys to’ switch on’ our perception and define our actions.
Is there an essential symbol or myth in our deepest psyche?
Is the circle and its centre the purest diagram of life spirit and everything in between?
The power of process, the cyclical world of form and the rhythm and pulse of existence can all be reflected in this simplest device.
This workshop is an intuitive and creative exploration of circles as universal diagrams of energy
the device of symbols and their pearmeating influence in all aspects of life.

INDIVIDUALS COURSE

BEING THE CREATIVE

A personalized process to develop your authenticity and creative expression using painting and interaction.

We are given life, freedom and creative potential when we are born, but it is up to us to find the meaning and purpose for ourselves.
The key lies in the process rather than in our expectations and goals. Creativity is the nature of this process and our fulfillment
comes in the joy of diving deeply into life. The process of making art can be a mirror for this exploration and a way to express our being.
This course works on both the levels at the same time, tuning our sensibility and refining our self-expression.

In 9 sessions, Siddhena will help you open up your creative spirit and listen to its own rich language.
You will learn new skills naturally, and how to use them to enhance your own individual vision and expression.

The nine ingredients

KEY TO THE CREATIVE SPIRIT - harmonizing your presence, intention and action.

YOUR OWN UNIQUE LANGUAGE – revealing your unique technique and mode of expression

INNER BALANCE – integrating clarity with a quality of let-go

TRANSFORMING YOUR CREATIVE ENERGY – from cathartic expression to energetic art

INSPIRATION& EXPRESSION – painting with nature as a mirror to ourselves

COMPLEMENTARY OPPOSITES - creative limitations are a positive tool to refine your expression

NATURALNESS – the difference between childish and childlike and our connection to life

CLEAR VISION –drawing and learning to see beyond our conditioned filters

POWER OF LIGHT – and other fundamental aspects of painting, both technical and spiritual

.'Several years ago I felt I needed to access my creativity, and live it more fully in my life. I had some talent and a love of painting
but I was a bit like a child who needed to play and to express myself chaotically and spontaneously.Siddhena tuned into me and gave me exercises and structures, which helped this process immensely. I was very kinesthetic and could not, at that time access the visual sense directly.
So we first let expression come out of my guts, and then slowly introduced elements of design, composition, and the use of various techniques that I could work with.Gradually however, I began naturally inquiring about HOW to do things, as I realized that in order to get results in painting, certain techniques and laws apply.
Siddhena also gave me much energy and strength to put up my first exhibition and to really go into making art. Now, a few years latermy painting has taken a new turn, where I feel the intuitive and scientific aspects are beginning to merge. It is a great joy to be able to paint with a deliberate method and intention while still allowing the mystery of intuition to unfold. The other day while painting all of a sudden I felt everything I had learned from Siddhena was now inside me and I realized how much method he had actually taught me but in such a way that I did not even notice it that much.
I am very grateful to him and can only say that he is an extraordinary and unusual teacher.' - Premdevi Assel
